Based on the Special provisions on accounting for the Remuneration of the Contract on Collective Compliance, we announce that the Minimum Amount to the day 31.12. 2024 is set at 2 000,- CZK (excl. VAT).
Provided that in the calendar year 2024 the Customer pays Remuneration to the Supplier based on the Contract on Collective Compliance which does not exceed the set Minimum Amount, in the next coming calendar year 2025, the Customer is not obliged to pay Remuneration deposits and the Remuneration is payable only once a year after the delivery of the Statement for the last calendar quarter of the calendar year 2025.
